While this card is face-up on the field, the Level/Ranks of all face-up monsters on the field are reduced equal to the number of Synthetica Counters on this card. When this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Graveyard whose Level/Rank is less than or equal to the number of Synthetica Counters that were on this card.
