5 Level 4 same Type Monsters
Must be Xyz Summoned by above Monsters and cannot be Special Summoned by other way. There can only be 1 "Collapsion" on the field. The activation and effect of this card cannot be negated. This card cannot be target or destroyed by your opponent's card effect. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. You take no Battle Damage from battle involving this card. During your 2nd Standby Phase after this card's Summoned, if this card remain face-up on the field, you win the Duel. If this card leaves the field or be flipped face-down, you lose the Duel.

The ideal is, I am thinking of "victory condition" effect. Looking forward for your opinion. Will fix if nessesary and I'm also very appiciate if you guy tell me any spelling or grammar error in card text.

I suppose it's a good time to mention that there ARE certain Decks who are fully capable of spamming 5 monsters with same Type out rather quickly; one of them being Igknights, due to them blowing selves up and getting enough monsters to make stuff like 86/Rhongomiant. Other Decks can probably do it, but that requires a lot more setup than its worth.

So yeah, you just gave them an "I win" card, because you cannot kill this in battle, nor can your opponent do anything significant (because of Majespecter clause).

Sure, you can sweep bounce (or non-targeting), send them to the Graveyard (which bypasses said effect) or just pierce this card, but yeah this card is pretty much an alternate win condition, and those kinds of ideas aren't exactly creative.

The second case is rather rare, looking at the current cardpool; first option has about one or two cards, but they're rather obscure.
