Sabotage Bomber - Lvl 2, 1000/1000, FIRE, Spellcaster

- You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field in Defense Position, but you cannot Normal Summon or Special Summon other "Sabotage" monsters this turn. This card cannot be tributed or used as Synchro Material, except with a "Sabotage" Tuner. This effect can only be activated by this card's original owner while this card is controlled by the opponent.

● Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can send 1 "Sabotage" card from your hand or either side of the field to the graveyard, except "Sabotage Bomber", then target a face-up card your opponent controls; destroy that target.

A member of a new archetype I was making. I just wanted to ask if this text is correct.

"This card cannot be tributed or used as Synchro Material, except with a "Sabotage" Tuner. This effect can only be activated by this card's original owner while this card is controlled by the opponent."

I want it so you can activate the effect in the bullet point when your opponent controls the card, and then it'll affect the opponent. Will that work, and is there a simpler way for me to write that? And the Synchro part - no other cards say "except with a tuner", so I just wondered if I was doing it right.

Although i don't know what the archetype is about the destruction part is putting this card in the Overpowered list (Volcanic Queen gave some flexibility, option for the controller to evade damage),. This would be the "Inzektor Hornet" of the series by all means.... at least that's how i see it

+ You can splash it instantly with little effort and questionable drawback.

+ No restriction on how many of these a player can control.

+ you can revive it whenever it gets destroyed or Normal Summon and trade it easily with Creature Swap for the same end.

+ Easy to get Level 2 Spellcaster-Type you can search with Apprentice & other cards.

+ Apoqliphort Towers-like effect with a cost+damage;

Basically Red Duston & Lava Golem's  lovechild that does more than both.

I think it would work well if you turn it down a notch.

As of now, i don't think we have a card that stated it needed specific tuner, there are few TCG cards you can take into consideration that have somewhat similar condition:

Similar to yours but the limit applies to the actual Synchro monster and not the materials:

Fishborg Launcher:  This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monsters, except for the Synchro Summon of a WATER monster.

This one is formed in a shorter sentence, but the effect is basically the same.

Chain Dog: Cannot be used as a Synchro Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a Beast-Type monster.

Majestic Dragon has the same condition sequence, but even more restricting.

The only one i can recall that mentions

Debris Dragon: The other Synchro Material(s) cannot be Level 4.

Here are my guesses what might be a good option:

"Cannot be used as a Synchro Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a "Sabotage" monster."

OR

"If this card is used for a Synchro Summon, the other Synchro Material(s) must be "Sabotage" monsters"

I'm not sure it sounds any less confusing, given it a try...

"Once per turn, during your (opponent's) Main Phase, if you're the original owner of this card, which is under your opponent's control: You can send 1 other face-up "Sabotage" card from either side of the field or your hand to the Graveyard and target 1 other card your opponent controls; destroy the target and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent."
