2 Level 4 LIGHT Warrior-Type monsters
Once per turn: you can banish 1 normal monster from your graveyard; special summon 1 "Utopia" monster from your extra deck (this special summon is treated as an xyz summon) then if possible, detach 1 xyz material from this card and attach it to that monster. Once per turn: you can discard 1 spell/trap card; create and add to your hand 1 spell/trap card with the exact same type. You cannot create 2 same name cards during the same duel with this effect of "Zexal II".

 

Some of this card's mechanics are only supported by YGO pro or another computer dueling system.

 

Rulings notes:

- "Exact same type" means a normal spell makes only a normal spell, a quick-play spell makes only a quick-play spell and so on.

- Creating a banned card with Zexal II's final effect holds the same penalties as trying to use a banned card in your deck in the same setting, eg being disqualified.
