Yeah, no.

 

Morphing Jar was banned for a good reason; this card is essentially that, couple with a field wipe.

Sure, your opponent can still trigger stuff from hand discards (like Dark Worlds), but Card Destruction was banned for almost identical reasons.

Here's a little tip: Making cards with effects that are VERY similar to those on the banlist is not a good way to design cards.
