[I Hate Snatch Steal]

 

Must first be Xyz Summoned (from your extra deck) by using 1 Rank 4 Xyz Monster you control that was not xyz summoned this turn as the Xyz Material.. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn, when a card or effect that targets this card is activated: you can negate that activation. Up to twice per turn: you can detach 1 xyz material from this card; this card gains 600 ATK, then you can destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field. This ATK increase lasts until the end of this turn.

 

 

Must first be Xyz Summoned (from your extra deck) by using 1 Rank 4 Xyz Monster you control that was not xyz summoned this turn as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. Up to twice per turn: you can detach 1 xyz material from this card; this card gains 1000 ATK but cannot attack directly, until your opponent's next End Phase.

 

 

Must first be Xyz Summoned (from your extra deck) by using 1 Rank 5 Xyz Monster you control that was not xyz summoned this turn as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Each of these effects can be used once per turn: * If this face-up card would be destroyed, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead.  *Detach 1 xyz material from this card to target 1 or 2 cards on the field; destroy those targets.

 

 

Must first be Xyz Summoned (from your extra deck) by using 1 Rank 6 Xyz Monster you control that was not xyz summoned this turn as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn, when a card or effect that targets this card is activated: you can negate that activation  You can Detach 1 xyz material from this card to target 1 monster in your graveyard; special summon that target, then you can return 1 card your opponent controls to the hand. You can only use this effect of "Cosmic-Ruler Phoenix" once per turn.

 

 

Target 1 Xyz monster in your graveyard; special summon it but its effects are negated, and attach the top 2 cards of your graveyard to it as an xyz material. If you do not Xyz Summon a "Cosmic-Ruler" monster this turn after Summoning that monster, you lose 1600 Life Points during the End Phase.

 

 

When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, while you control a face-up Attack Position "Cosmic-Ruler" monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If this card is in your graveyard: You can target 1 "Cosmic-Ruler" xyz monster you control; attach this card to that target as an xyz material. You can only use this effect of "Cosmic Ruler's Counter Meteor" once per turn. If this card is an Xyz Material and would be sent to the Graveyard, banish it instead.
