Hello my name is Enguin
You can only activate this card during your Standby Phase. Discard 1 card from your hand. Your opponent cannot Normal Summon, Set and/or Special Summon during his/her next turn. I mean... I understand that it's vulnerable since it needs to wait a turn and can only be done on the standby, and requires a discard, but completely blocking any attempt at summoning for a turn is such an advantage that it would be worth it. Especially in something like Infernoids or Lightsworns where you want to be throwing things in the graveyard this must have some utility.
Zauls
This card is brought up quite a lot on this forum, for some reason. It could seem really good at first glance, but there are a lot of problems with it: The discard cost isn't appreciated by anything that isn't BA and they have have better Traps to use like Raigeki Break or Karma Cut. It isn't chainable. You have to have it on the field for 2 turns before you can use it. It is preemptive. etc etc.
Astolfo
Use it with Trap Monsters Burger.dek Discard Burgers, use Temple, SS the Burgers.
Cosmo.
Could this be good with Fableds? Aren't they like Dark Worlds but accept being discarded as a cost? (Or did my total noobiness just show up?)

Zauls
Yeah, I predicted people would say "X deck likes discarding cards, it must be good in that deck". Honestly, that's like saying "This deck likes consistency cards, I'll play Crystal Seer".

~Faytl~
The problem with this is that it's really only useful if you're winning. Opponent already has out their good stuff, they don't care about this card. Its winmoar.
