Each time your opponent adds a card to their hand except by drawing them, inflict 600 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, during either players turn, you can destroy 1 other "Yang Zing" monster you control, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses ATK and DEF equal to the destroyed monsters ATK (DEF if higher), and if it does, this card gains ATK equal to that lost ATK until the end phase. When this card is destroyed by battle or an opponents card effect, destroy all monsters your opponent controls, also inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of each of the destroyed monsters ATK. You can only activate this effect of "Rauxe, Ravager of the Yang Zing" once per turn

As it stands, card belongs in Singles, yes, BUT you're missing the ATK/DEF.

 

You did post that it is a Level 8 FIRE Synchro for Yang Zing, however.
