It's a plant dragon thing.If you control 2 or more Plant-Type monsters, when a Plant-Type monster is Special Summoned to your side of the field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, until the end of this turn, your opponent cannot activate monster effects. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard; place that target on top of your Deck. You can only use each effect of “Alamorsa” once per turn.
