Hexanort
You can discard 1 card; Add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. You must control a face-up Xyz Monster to activate and resolve this effect. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish this card and 1 "Rank-Up'Magic" Spell Card from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up "Number 10X" monster (X is a number between 1 to 7) you control; Xyz Summon 1 "Number C" monster with the same number in its name than the targeted monster using the targeted monster as Xyz material (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become the summoned monster's Xyz material). You can only use 1 effect of "Seven Emperor's Light" per turn, and only once that turn. generic trap that allow you to search RUM each turn, and also have quick RUM effect in graveyard that is limited to Over-Hundred numbers any comment/fix/feedback appreciated
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Assuming Rank-Up Magics (and certain Chaos Xyz) are still viable nowadays, it is nice to have them on demand when needed; assuming you have discard fodder + a suitable Xyz to go into them. For obvious reasons, you don't want Seventh One, but this card does that for its second effect anyway, provided you have another RUM in graveyard, which should be likely. I don't think RRs really need this though (given their own searching stuff), but suppose they can benefit off it also, if they even bother to run any of the Over-Hundred Numbers or just want this for the searchable RUMs. ---------As a whole, it does making Ranking-Up stuff a bit easier to manage, instead of you waiting to draw said card + do things, so there's that. Dog King
maybe make it that you put the trap as a material for the xyz and when the trap is then removed from the xyz its banished?
