The card has limited use due to the fact that Crane Crane does exactly the same thing, but is more generic. You don't necessarily need to improve it, as it would still be a better choice than Crane Crane in a dedicated WATER deck due to its Type and Attribute, but other than that it is outclassed. If you were going to improve it, I would make it activate if Normal or Special Summoned, but give it a once per turn. This would make it very useful with cards such as Surface, and the once per turn should stop it from being too abusable. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
