I know barely anything about Dracoslayers but that effect looks ridiculous regardless. Thins the deck by 2, gives you a free monster and adds another to be easily brought out, for no cost.

There's only one of each now: Dracoslayer Luster Pendulum, and Dracoruler Vector Pendulum

 

the one you want to have on the field is luster for its ability to pop mascot, though vector's effect is good enough.

Luster Pendulum's the one I knew of, had assumed there was more based on this card's existence.

This is one of those cards that seems pretty decent on its own, but can only get more and more absurd as time goes on. I don't quite get why it's a Quick-Play...oh wait, because it can Special Summon the chosen card, so you can use it during the Battle Phase.

 

I really don't like what it does. It thins your Deck by 2 cards, putting one on the Field and the other in your Extra Deck for Pendulum Summons. It just seems so good, even if it's not incredibly supported yet.
