Once per turn during eithers players turn: You can detach half of your Xyz materials; Destroy all cards your opponent controls and you can not attack this turn. You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster on the field to that target. It gains 4000 ATK and 3500 DEF and is uneffected by your opponents card effects and can attack twice. Your opponent can not activate any effects until the end of the damage step. If this card is sent to the graveyard inflicit 4000 points of damage to your opponent.
