Again, this card is really only good in old school Vanillas, so not much use here.

However, you could let this card remain on the field for a while, then destroy this card somehow and said monsters will be massive powerhouses.

 

But yeah, very restricted in what it can do.

Thematically, it fits the cycle (after resorting to violence, you get thrown in prison).
