If a card effect would destroy a "Toon" card on the field: You can tribute this card; Negate the effect and place that card on the bottom of your opponent's deck. Toon SkellyLevel 3Fiend/Pendulum/Toon/DarkScale 9ATK: 600 def: 0 Pendulum: Cannot pendulum summon monsters, except Toon monsters. All non-Toon monsters lose 500 ATK. If you do not control a Toon monster, destroy this card. Monster: This card cannot attack the turn it is summoned. If "Toon World" is destroyed in the field: destroy this card. If your opponent controls no Toon monsters and you control "Toon World", this card can attack directly. If this card is destroyed(except by its own effect): You can equip this card to a monster your opponent controls. A monster equipped with this card has its effects negated and it cannot be used as material in a fusion, synchro, or XYZ summon. Toon ReasoningTrap Declare a monster level; Both players excavate the top card of their deck until they find a monster that can be normal summoned. If the monster is the declared level, that player special summons that monster to their opponent's side of the field. If not, send it to the graveyard. All other excavated cards are shuffled into the deck. You can only activate 1 "Toon Reasoning" per turn. You must control "Toon World" to activate and resolve this effect. JessicaMuddy Posted September 12, 2015 Report Share Posted September 12, 2015 Simple, but effective. It's disappointing that Toon Skelly can't be P-Summoned afterwards, but that's no big deal. Toons need something like this anyway. I don't really see a way the trap can be useful. Maybe to side in case you come across a Level 4 spam Deck or something.
