New deck start

Seriously, you're asking this 5 minutes after posting the thread?

I know CC is dead part of the time, but you cannot expect people to reply right away.

-------

Now, where do I start?

First, you're in the wrong section (again). Cards are Fake Type, so they belong in Experimental Cards.

Tell me if you bothered to read the announcement at the top of this forum, or the rulebook itself; both of them clearly say where cards are to be posted.

Second, you haven't bothered to make any changes to the cards that were in your other threads.  Ultimate Red-Eyes is stupid, especially given how quickly it can get with minimal effort, coupled with its destruction immunity. Yes, Castel the Skyblaster Musketeer / Number 101, etc. exist for outs to this, but that is no excuse for this to have the effect it currently does, even if it needs Tributes to become like that.

Same goes for Nova-Eyes; again, it's badly designed, although yes, it is weak to removal unlike its previous form.

Unless you have a very compelling reason to make these cards DIVINE Attribute, then DON'T do it.

Now, for the Field Spell, it's broken as-is for Red-Eyes. So yeah, it gives Red-Eyes decks a very strong advantage by neutering all of the threats that go against it.

Just because Red-Eyes decks aren't prevalent, it does not give you a reason to make something like this. Lower it to 800 or something.

The way the Trap is worded, it does not ignore the Summoning conditions of Nova. I'm not going to suggest making it ignore the conditions, because as it (Nova-Eyes) is, it's a field/hand nuke. Although, given how that's worded, they'll blow up other copies of themselves.

OK, so the Fusion Monster is a blatant win condition, which can be filled via the Trap Card. Right now, said materials don't have an easy way, because of how the Trap works. BUT, if it does ignore summon conditions, then we have a broken card on our hands, especially since it cannot be destroyed/banished. Yeah, alt-win conditions are a no-no here.

Plus, none of these cards help Red-Eyes decks as a whole; at least thematically.

Read this guide before you come in this section again.

If you don't improve your card design, things will not go well for you in this section.

At least you fixed the image thing, but now you need to work on design.

[Hopefully I didn't come off like Black when I graded this]

Dungeon-Yeah, no. This card is severely unbalanced. Just because Red-Eyes itself isn't that powerful doesn't mean everything else needs such a drastic neuter. Please change this. Also, field spells nowadays need more than power increases/decreases to be relevant. For example, A Legendary Ocean is ran over Umi because it reduces the levels of all water monsters in hand and on the field.

Red-Eyes Break-Blatant OTK much? This is just Raigeki with a small cost.

3 for 1 and all for 1-Why is this a counter trap? What is it countering? Also, summon as many as you want? So, open with this and Polymerization and win the duel second turn?

Ultimate-It's badly designed. Since it has no specific summoning conditions, it's an incredibly broken beatstick. The only only thing that saves it is the fact that it can be targeted.

Nova-Ok, now there's a broken card. Nuke the entire hand and field and gajnATK for it? Ok, so there goes ANY possible out to this card like Battle Fader or Gorz.

The Fusion-Yeah, this card isn't good. Because it's a fusion monster, you can just use E-Hero Prisma and/or King of the Swamps. It can be summoned way too quickly, not to mention the trap basically brings this thing out at no cost.
