Target 2 "Machina" monsters with different Levels in your Graveyard; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Machine-Type Xyz Monster with a Rank equal to the Level of 1 of the targeted monsters, and if you do, attach the targets to it as Xyz Materials.

Kinda lazy to explain thoroughly what this card can do, so I will keep it simple:

By using Machina Gearframe, you can drop stuff such as Gigant, #36 - Chateau Huyuk or lol Tin Archduke

By using Machina Fortress, you get access to bigger stuff such as Dracossack and #C6 - Chaos Atlandis

But things get crazier with Machina Force, allowing you to drop stuff such as #81 - Dora, or... freaking SUPERDIMENSIONAL ROBOT GALAXY DESTROYAAA!

On the other hand, Machina Megaform/Cannon don't have much stuff to offer, #15 - Giant Grinder and Drum Dragon.

To be honest, I feel that posting this on Advanced Section is a slippery slope, but since this requires Machinas, who are barely relevant, if at all, in the current metagame, plus as a Trap is kinda slow and awkward to play, I suspect I may get away with it. I guess Qlips could attempt to tech a Machina engine for access to this, but I doubt it would be worth it.

Thoughts?

EDIT:

10/02/15:

Found a picture for the card. It doesn't make much sense, but flavor-wise the red equipment is meant to be made from Machina scraps. And teah yeah, it's yet-another cute anime girl, but I couldn't find a better picture.

Gearframe makes Gigant

Fortress makes Dracossack

Megaform makes Gimmick Puppet monsters

Cannon makes Dyson Sphere/Mirage Fortress

Force makes Dora/Gustaph

So it's a mix of good and strange things that you can make, depending on the sort of monster(s) you are running, but ultimately it would be either Gigant or Draco, since Gearframe and Fortress are the only ones that you would honestly use. So it can make a few cute plays here and there, in addition to having more efficient means.

oh man, making machinas not-terrible, that would be great. is there a particular reason for the "different levels" requirement? its an interesting anti-Xyz Xyz setup since it requires the exact opposite of what Xyzs normally require, is it to discourage use of specific-level(im looking at you, 7's) Xyzs?
the ability to foolish burial machina force straight to the grave and, as you put it, SUPERDIMENSIONAL ROBOT GALAXY DESTROYAAA! on your opponents is a bit concerning, but i suppose having to either include covington, sniper, and defender in your deck, or have machina force act as a completely dead card in the event that you draw it counteracts that.
also i didnt even notice the anime girl until you mentioned it, but hey, card arts that you dont fully understand until you inspect it for a while is the best kind of card art! i initially thought that hand/arm/leg/thing in the top left was a hung head (like powered down or something)

Well, the "different Levels" requirement is mainly to mirror "Evo-Singularity" requiring an Evoltile and an Evolsaur, which don't share the same Levels, but also ensures the card needing a bit more of Machina dedication in the Deck. The Xyz-opposite setup tactic was more of a coincidence, but that works in favor to the card, making it slightly less abusable.

Getting that Machina Force on the grave shouldn't be that much of an issue with Gearframe and Fortress around.

And I got what you mean with the picture resembling a shut-down machine with its head looking down to the ground.
