If you have less LP than your opponent and control no monsters; Xyz Summon 1 Xyz Monster using 3 monsters with the same name from your side of the field, hand and/or Graveyard as Xyz Materials. You cannot Summon/Set any monsters this turn, except by Xyz Summon.

 

 

 

(For comparison - Anime Effect: If you have 1000 or less LP: Immediately after this effect resolves, Xyz Summon 1 Xyz Monster using 3 monsters with the same name from your side of the field, hand or Graveyard as Xyz Materials. )

 

 

 

This is me in attempt to replicate the art as close as possible (it's less detailed and i couldn't match some of the colors, but well...)

 

I tried to make it more playable, let's face it, having 1000 or less LP is gimmicky, while validating the fact it needs some kind of restriction. (Otherwise, if i just sacked the requirement, i'd turn OP). 

 

This would be great in... Harpies, i guess. Any other deck you think can benefit from this card being printed ever?

If you control no monsters, is it possible to have a monster summoned on your side of the field? and if any monster is allowed, then just use Photon Veil to instantly get three LIGHT monster of the same name in your hand, and you do not specify what rank the Xyz monster is, so three level 4's can be used to Xyz summon a level 10 or higher Xyz monster. Plus if you use dark hole to destroy all monsters and special summon "Number 22:Zombiestein" you can deal severe damage in the following turn

Photon Veil is hard to use. You'd have to run lots of light monsters. There are other cards that can get a bunch of cards with the same name, though. There's cards like Lonefire Blossom, and I also found Rescue Rabbit, Rescue Hamster, Painful Choice, Inferno Reckless Summon, Machine Duplication, League of Uniform Nomenclature, etc. The 3000 LP requirement is a pretty good balancing factor though.

Maybe it should be 3 monsters with the same name from your graveyard. Or maybe you should limit the Rank of the Xyz monster summoned.

And Superdimensional Robot Galaxy Destroyer is a much better target than Zombiestein.
