Blake
CXyz One-Eyed Skill Master Rank 5 LIGHT Warrior/Xyz/Effect 4 Level 5 Monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "One-Eyed Skill Gainer" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If summoned this way, while this card is face-up on the field, negate the effects of all opponent's monsters that were Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. Once per turn, if this card has an Xyz Monster attached as Xyz Material, except the turn it was summoned: You can detach that Xyz Monster from this card and target up to 2 cards in your opponent's Graveyard; Attach them to this card as Xyz Material. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and target 1 monster your opponent controls; Until the next time this effect is activated, this card gains that monster's effect(s) and its name is treated as the target's name. 2800/2700 Rank-Up-Magic Refined Chaos Force Normal Spell Target 1 Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz monster with the same Type and Attribute that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material, but it cannot activate its effect(s) this turn unless it is a "Number C" or "CXyz" monster. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) You can reveal this card in your hand and target 1 Xyz Monster with 1 or less Xyz Materials that you control; Attach this card to the target as an Xyz Material, and if you do, draw 1 card. This effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Refined Chaos Force" can only be activated once per duel.
Darj
One-Eyed Skill Gainer is such a forgettable monster, and I like how this Xyz is an attempt at making it relevant, in a similar way to how Utopia the Lighting and CyDra Infinity made Rank4 Utopia and CyDra Nova good again, even if they are only used as a ladder. As a 3-material Rank4, original One-Eyed should be accessible in Seraph builds, so basically this card would grant those decks a one-sided Nekroz Unicore that can copy whatever monster your opponent controls, which is neat. The Nekroz Unicore effect does feel overwhelming, but since the monster it's bound to few decks, I guess it's something that the metagame can handle. I want to point out something on the card text:"If this card has an Xyz Monster attached as Xyz Material, except the turn it was summoned:" this clause feels off, because it doesn't have an activation timing nor limit, such as an OPT, an "Only once" or Wind-Up clause. Thus, you could loop this effect endlessly by detaching and re-attaching Xyz monsters from your opponent's grave. As for the RUM, getting another generic RUM similar to Astral Force is nice, and this covers a different niche since it raises the Rank by 1 instead of 2. I was a bit disappointed after I read the effect lock on the Summoned monster, but I understand that it's only fair. Finally, the last effect is cute because it makes the card less dead when/if you don't have nothing to Rank-Up into; yes, you could tech this card as a +0 material restock for your Xyzs, without bothering with adding RUM targets in your Extra Deck, if you really wanted to. A card text nitpick: fewer --> less
