1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets exactly 1 card on the field or in the Graveyard (and no other cards): You can banish card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Dark Dimension Dragon" once per turn. During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated): You can Special Summon this banished card.

Nice take on Stardust's effect. This card has the potential to be far more useful vs decks like Nekroz and Burning Abyss. However, targeting effects are less devastating to the field overall than destruction, so Stardust has the potential to protect more cards.

This card is just not very interesting though. Maybe you could vary its effects/stats a bit so it's not a direct clone of Stardust? Name doesn't fit that well either. When I think Stardust I think dissolving/coming back together but when I think black hole, I just think sucking everything up.

Thanks for the feedback, i know black hole doesnt fit, it was in the artwork's name i was lazy on that. About the stats, i wanted to make a retrained stardust just like konami retrained red dragon into scarlight. The card originally could negate also effects that target in other places (graveyard and banished) but i dont know if that would be too much.

Updated effect: now it triggers if a cards also targets in the graveyard, also it gains a temporary boost of it comes back wich solves a problem the original stardust had, be destroyed by battle)

I think preventing targets in the graveyard is too much. Tons of things do that nowadays, from Nekroz of Unicore to Cir of the Burning Abyss. That kind of effect might be ok if it was only the graveyard, and if it didn't get the attack boost.

If you take out the graveyard part though, you got a nice balanced card. The attack boost is useful and fits with the design. I like the new name too.

I would prefer to change it to exactly 1 card, so multiple target cards are free of its effect (which aren t many but at least it wont negate a soul charge of 2 or more monsters...), i also take out the boost and give it a once per turn clause so multiple copies can t be abused. I prefer the card being able to negate effects directed to both places, as you said targeting effects are less devastating and without the boost it wont be so hard to get over it
