CrabHelmet Posted April 6, 2008 Report Share Posted April 6, 2008 I've heard that it says Continuous Effects are Spell Speed 1, even though this is totally irrelevant to any situation in the entire game, since they are completely separate from chains. Imo, the official rulebook can cut some irrelevant information (like the point Crab pointed out) and instead clarify parts that are confusing for beginners.
