[Darkness Daily] Ritual Monument of Kolaghan

Place 1 monster card from your deck in your Spell/Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card, and treat its name as "Thunder Monument". You cannot remove "Thunder Monument" cards placed by this card's effect by the effect of another card you control. If you would Tribute 1 card for the Ritual Summon of a monster with the same Type and Attribute as a "Thunder Monument" card in your Spell/Trap Card Zone, you can tribute that card instead. You can only activate 1 "Ritual Monument of Kolaghan" per turn.

In the further name of solid Ritual support, I decided to give Rituals a rather fancy engine card. While this card certainly would require dedications more times than not, its perks are definitely quite nice and cute. Malacoda has a chance in BA meta wise, while casually you can have options like using Gorz for Garlondolf, Spell Recycler or Jester Confit for Relinquished, and of course there is Saffira where an entire archetype helps it out. It doesn't necessarily make Ritual Summons any less difficult to setup, but it makes the leverage required to get them to the field a little easier.

As always, CnC is appreciated.

For lower level Rituals such as Relinquished or Elemental Mistress Doriado, this would not be very useful as you only need to Tribute 1 monster anyway. However, this certainly helps get around the heavy cost that high-Level Ritual Monsters require, meaning you only have to Tribute 1 card for the summon instead of multiple cards, which you may have to do with those of higher levels.

It could also allow for easier Graveyard set-up in a deck such as Burning Abyss.

However, that is all it does. The Djinn monsters allow you to do more or less the same thing while giving buffs for your Ritual Monsters, and while that requires more set-up, I feel that this card just doesn't do enough.

Personally, I would give it an additional effect, such as "If a Ritual Monster you control is targeted for an attack or by a card effect, you can banish 1 "Thunder Monument" you control; negate the attack/effect, and if you do, destroy it."

I would argue this still has use with Doriado and Relinquished, mainly cause it increases the consistency of such cards inherently as a result. However, I do see where you are coming from. I will be doing some testing to see what actually works, and from there I can see where to take it. Thanks for the feedback!
