[spoiler=World-Rending Horror, Nibelung]

2 Level 6 Monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned: Banish 2 cards from your opponent's graveyard, face-down. During each End Phase, if this card has Xyz Material: Banish 1 card from each player's graveyard face-down. During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and target 2 cards your opponent controls; Your opponent chooses one of those cards and banishes it face-down, and if you do, they banish 1 card from their hand face-down at random. During the start of their next turn, return the cards banished by this effect to its owner's hand. This effect of "World-Rending Horror, Nibelung" can only be used once per turn.

[spoiler=World-Deleting Cosmic Horror, Nibelung]

3 Level 8 Reptile-type monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned: Banish 3 cards from your opponent's graveyard face-down. During either player's turn: You can detach 1 "Nibelung" monster attached to this card; This card is unaffected by all other card effects, also it cannot be destroyed by battle. These changes last until the end of your next turn. When a monster is destroyed by battle: You can banish that card face-down instead of sending it to the graveyard. When this card attacks, if your opponent's LP is 4000 or lower and there are 13 or more cards banished face-down: You win the duel.

Alright, let's review the issues behind previous wincons. Most of them looked at an entirely different strategy instead of beating down the opponent, so most alt-win Decks would dedicate their resources entirely to defense while setting up the win condition. (Exodia, Final Countdown, Destiny Board) Various other win cons often had incredibly strict activation conditions, are easily taken apart, or are just far too impractical to achieve (e.g. You're more likely to win with standard battle damage instead of Vennominaga's effect)

This is a little different. There are a lot of hoops to jump through, but those hoops are relatively easy to meet. Deleting Nibelung looks like it wants to be Astral Forced, but I know of several decent LV8 Reptiles that can make manually Summoning it somewhat easy, though at the cost of a questionable deckbuilding decision. It's a mix of both types of victory conditions - mandating an opponent having middling LP to force you into battle every now and then, but also requiring you to keep the board in control enough to accumulate sufficient face-down banished cards. Helps that Astral Forcing to Deleting Nibelung also grants you a one-off removal immunity to keep it in the game, and that it doesn't need to worry about the sources of the opponent's face-down banished cards. (DD Capsule and Toon Kingdom come to mind.)

It hits the right notes that prevent a player from going completely turtlefest with this card while also not accidentally winning the standard way while trying to accomplish the goal. Dece.

Unless your opponent is playing Toons I do not see any way you would ever pull off the alt win. There is simply no chance it'd stay on the field long enough.

It's actually easier than you think.

Nibelung banishes 2 on summon (2)

During the end phase, banish 2 more (4)

Activate its effect, banish 2 more (6)

End phase, banish 2 more (8)

Astral Force into Deleting Nibelung, banish 3 on summon (11).

Won't the cards that are banished face-down by Rending Nibelung eventually get returned to the owner's hand even if Rending Nibelung is no longer on the field?

Yeah. Well, I was only making a point that it isnt impossibly impossible. Since unlike Destiny Leo you can actually you know do sheet while also working to the wincon.
