MEGA MOLE
EXAMPLE: USE THE EFFECT OF SCARR, SCOUT OF DARK WORLD WITHOUT HAVING LEVEL 4 OR LOWER "DARK WORLD" MONSTERS IN YOUR DECK, THEN YOU MUST SHOW YOUR DECK TO YOUR OPPONENT TO PROVE YOU DON'T HAVE. AT THIS TIME, YOU CAN USE THE NINJA THIEF EFFECT.
TF2_The_Scout
Looking your deck? So, your opponent just glances at your deck then you get to add a card to hand? Doesn't even have to be a Ninja card? I'm sorry, but this card makes absolutely no sense due to the wording.

As for the card it self, can be really powerful, except there aren't that many cards in game that check the deck. (For wording change, checking the deck is a bit more clear)

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Only time the opponent will check your Deck is if you add a certain type of card and it's needed to confirm that you either have/don't have a certain one.You already know this, though. But yeah, I'm not really a fan of this being an instant Gold Sarc (look it up on Wikia), although the opponent does get a peek at what you have anyway, so at best, whatever you add is a legitimate target for Mind Crush or something (in addition to the opponent seeing your Deck contents).
