Effect: When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Choose 1  monster with either 2400 ATK and 1000 DEF or 2800 ATK and 1000 DEF from your Deck and banish it. When this card inflicts Battle Damage: Add 1 banished monster to your hand, then choose 1  monster with either 2400 ATK and 1000 DEF or 2800 ATK and 1000 DEF from your Deck and banish it.

 

 

My first try after being away for a long time. Maybe a bit too slow for todays Monarchs, but I'll let you decide. Any feedback is appreciated.

I think you should add a piercing effect so that it is more certain. Even then, there are less risky ways to search the monarchs.

This is crap.

Why would I banish a Monarch that I could just get by drawing through with Pandeity or something instead?

And this card is crap, it doesn't help fuel any of the Summons of the actual Monarchs themselves.

Well searching means that you get to choose what monarch you get. Still this card has one major Achille's Heel. When this card leaves the field, your stuck with a banished monarch.

But you don't need to choose a Monarch when you'd be drawing a Monarch anyways through normal or Pandeity or through search with Return or through Aither's SS/return to hand.

And this requires battle damage which auto makes it sheet since it literally has no way to SS it by itself or something that would allow for extra TS/etc that would let you immediately Tribute Summon.
