JessicaMuddy
It just sort of came to me, I guess. And for someone who's never watched a full episode of Doctor Who, I think I did an alright job. This card remains on the field until the End Phase. While this card is face-up on the field, apply the following effects.-All monsters you control are treated as Toon monsters until the End Phase.- If a Toon monster you control inflicts battle damamge to your opponent: Draw 1 card.- All non-Toon monsters on the field lose DEF equal to their ATK.You can only activate 1 "Tyrannical Annihilation of Reality: Disruption In the Storybook" per turn. You can only control 1 "Tyrannical Annihilation of Reality: Disruption In the Storybook". The name, Tyrannical Annihilation of Reality: Disruption In the Storybook, if you couldn't tell, abbreviates to TARDIS. Tribute 1 monster you control: Special Summon 1 Toon monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard that has the tributed monster's name in its name. During either Player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Toon monster you control; this turn, if it attacks or is attacked, negate the effects of all cards your opponent controls until the end of the Damage Step. You can banish 1 Toon monster you control: Add this banished card to your hand. You can only activate up to 2 effects of "Super Screwer" each turn, and each only once that turn. The Super Screwer tries to reflect the fact that the Sonic Screwdriver can do a stupid amount of different things. I don't think I did the hard OPT thing right though.
