Toon Damage Juggler

LIGHT/Spellcaster/Toon/Effect Level 4 1500/1000

During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that would inflict damage to you: You can discard this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. During either player's Battle Phase: You can discard this card; reduce the next battle damage you would take this turn to 0. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Toon" card or "Manga Ryu-Ran" from your Deck to your hand, except "Toon Damage Juggler". You can only use this effect of "Toon Damage Juggler" once per turn. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters needed for a Tribute Summon (normally 0). While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

 

Toon Hat Tricker

EARTH/Spellcaster/Toon/Effect Level 4 1100/1100

If 2 or more monsters are on the field, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

 

Toon Flame Mascot

FIRE/Spellcaster/Toon/Effect Level 4 1000/1000

If this card on the field is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Toon" monster from your hand or Deck, except "Toon Flame Mascot". While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

 

Toon Trapeze Magician

LIGHT/Spellcaster/Toon/Xyz/Effect Rank 4 2500/2000

2 Level 4 "Toon" monsters
Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase 1: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up "Toon" Attack Position monster the turn player controls (other than this card); it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn, also destroy it at the end of the Battle Phase. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, or if this card in your possession is destroyed by an opponent's card effect and sent to your Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Toon" monster from your Deck. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

Why no Toon Trick Clown? heh

These are funny because despite being copies, they are still flavorful since that's how Toons work.

A Toon attacking directly twice with the assistance of Trapeze Magician would be hilarious.

1. Toon cards typically still have the archetype name in them. Example. Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon. So the cards should be either Toon Performage Damage Juggler or Performage Toon Juggler.

2. Too much rank 4 plays yet I could see Konami making this.

3. I love that Xyz. I think it's absolutely what Toons need.

4. Flame Mascot is a bit broken but I get why.
So my opinion is that it opens up way too much Generic Rank 4 plays, but it's still not super overpowered and seems like something Konami would make.
