When this card normal summoned you can add 1 'Anotherland' monster from your deck to your hand for every 'Anotherland' monster currently on the field.

As long as this card is face up on the field when a monster/s on the field is sent to the graveyard by the result of battle or card effect instead it is placed at the bottom of the respective players deck.

Once per turn whilst this card is face up on the field flip a coin and activate the appropriate effect depending on the result ,
HEADS - Switch life points with your opponent.
TAILS - both players send their entire hands to the graveyard and draw cards equal to the number of cards discarded.

As long as this card is face up on the field any effects that increase or decrease life points is reversed.

Once per turn as long as this card is face up on the field you can destroy the monster with the lowest attack on the field(except this card) and deal 1000 damage to the owner of the destroyed monster.

If this monster is destroyed as result of battle or card effect you can add 2 'Anotherland Aces' from your deck to your hand.

This monster cannot be destroyed as a result of battle as long as their is another face up 'Anotherland' Monster on the field .
Once per turn you can tribute 1 'Anotherland' Monster on the field to have this monster be able to attack your opponent directly

First of all, nice job on making that artwork (Are you the one doing the editing in the artwork? Since i can tell it's not some copy/paste artwork)

 

Alice : Seems okay (the wording can be more better than that), and to avoid Alice search another Alice, put some restriction on it.

"When this card Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Anotherland" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Anotherland Alice", for every each "Anotherland" monster currently on the field."

 

White Rabbit : Grave disruption, i like that especially the current meta deck who relies on the Graveyard (BA, Shaddoll)

"As long as this card is face up on the field: when Each time a monster(s) on the field is sent to the graveyard by the result of battle or card effect would be sent to the Graveyard; place it to the bottom of their respective player's Deck instead."

 

Cheshire Cat : Too much, Swap LP is too much (can be abused in Nurse burn), and the 2nd effect can be abused in a certain Deck . . . might want to weaken the effect instead. (nothing pop'd out in my head right now)

 

Mad Hatter : Better version of Nurse Reficule, dunno, since it's Level 5 (i think it's okay . . . but i'm not quite sure)

 

Queen of Hearts : Fallen Angel-like effect, + burn, too strong actually (instead of once per turn, might want to change "During each player's End Phase")

 

Ace : Meh to me . . . kinda underpowered (i dunno the combo with Ace, what i can think of it's work with Reinforce Truth)

 

Alice Synchro : Missing material, pulling this card is hard (since the whole archetype is slow), especially controlling another "Anotherland" monster while you have this card. The second effect too . . . (like i said, pulling this boss monster is hard considering the whole archetype is slow, especially controlling this and another monster)

Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 other "Anotherland" monster on the field; this turn, this monster can attack your opponent directly."
 
Overall, need "speed" (Spell/Trap support might work), and might better if each card has relations to the original story (like the Queen able to call her soldier "Ace", etc etc etc)
