TF2_The_Scout
Allow me to fix the wording. Woodland Elf As long as the card is face-up on the field, all Spellcaster-Type monsters you control gain 200 ATK. If this card is sent to the graveyard: target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it. If your opponent controls no monsters: your opponent loses 300 LP. Ultimate Distraction While your opponent controls only Warrior-Type monsters, your opponent may not attack. Also, the flavor text does not need to be in the effect. Yugioh is either flavor text or effect, not both. These cards don't seem too bad. Ultimate Distraction could be used for some kind of control with DNA Surgery. However, my concern is with Elf. Sent to graveyard means from anywhere, so you can send her to the grave with Foolish Burial and clear your opponent's field, especially since she can use her effect multiple times per turn. The real issue is that 300 damage effect. Since it is unrestricted, you could spam it during your first turn and win that way. Please restrict this with a hard OPT or something. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Woodland ElfSpellcaster-Type monsters you control gain 200 ATK. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it. If your opponent controls no monsters: Your opponent loses 300 LP.Ultimate DistractionWhile your opponent controls only Warrior-Type monsters, they cannot declare an attack. ----This is proper OCG, as per the updated standards of PSCT. (Ask me or Zaziuma if you'd like additional help on card grammar) Anyway, first card is a minor boost, which isn't necessary great nowadays considering the removal that exists. Second effect is a free monster pop so there's that. A note on the third effect; given the wording, it appears to activate at the moment when your opponent's field is empty. Indeed, you need a hard OPT on this card, so it doesn't become broken. ----As for the Trap Card, it has its uses considering the amount of Warrior decks nowadays (well, 'tellars and Igknights are at the top). However, do note that they also run mixed ED, so this card may not work as well as you think. But yeah, it does lock them for a while, so there's that. ----P.S. Put your updated cards in the main post, so easier to see.
TF2_The_Scout
Just so we're clear, these are examples of OPTs. Card Name "Once per turn: You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy it, and if you do, banish it. Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; Draw 1 card" Since both effects say once per turn, multiples can be used and if it leaves the field then comes back, it may do it again. This is a soft OPT. Also, if events are linked by "and if you do", that part is only mandatory if possible. "You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy it, and if you do, banish it. You can only use this effect of "Card Name" once per turn. Once per turn: you can discard 1 card; draw 1 card." This is a hard OPT. Because it says "You can only use this effect of "card name" once per turn.", multiple copies cannot use the same effect, even if they leave then return. Also, since it says "this effect" it only means the effect before the OPT. It it said "the effect" then it would apply to the whole card's effect. One last thing. There's a difference between "use" and "activate". Use-If the effect fails to resolve, it may be activated again. Activate-You can only activate the effect once per turn. Hope this helps.
