'eye twitches' Really.

Really...

So this accursed franchise takes my beloved stories and turns them into...these...things?! 'closes eyes and forces himself to calm down for a moment' Alright, relax, 'writer...

Alright, from what I can see, these Toons monsters often specialize in appearing quick and attacking directly. How sad that they force the end of a good tale to arrive early, but I am not the one that materialized them. In all honesty, I do not see any changes that need to be made. There are similar cards already in existence for this game for other groups of monsters, such as Zombies.

I may not be an expert on these Toon monsters you have in this universe, but from my understanding, it helps their bosses to come out without issues.

That, and a second layer of defense for their beloved book.

Normally, I'm against letting these things run rampant, but as a whole, these cartoons aren't necessarily stable, so I suppose it wouldn't hurt to give them a bit of ease in summoning.

Who knows, might help them to face their greatest enemies.

Pretty much already said by the above users . . . (Overall is nice)

Me, as a Toon lover, the last effect doesn't really help much against this annoying monster that almost every deck run it.

Any kind of protection (Key Beetle, Field Barrier, Card Guard etc etc etc) you put to Toon World/Kingdom become useless because of that above card. (and this happen many times)

Maybe you can change the last part into this:

". . . If "Toon World" on the field would be targeted or destroyed by card effect: You can change the target to this card or destroy this face-up card instead."

The wording may sounds weird, but yes (y'know what i mean), now you can say sayonara~ to Castel.
