Been gone for 2 days and just want to start of with a simple things.

Yep! Just a simple card that give you access to Pendulum Summon a Level 1 or even Level 10+ monsters ^w^

Spell/Normal

If this card is activated: Place this card in 1 of your Pendulum Zone (if any) as a Continuous Spell Card, then declare a number from 0 to 13; this card both Pendulum Scales become the number you declared.

 

A lot of reason why i making this as a Spell instead of monster.

For restriction, hmm . . . . dunno, i don't see any abuse regarding this card (unless if you are talking about Obelisk and Osiris)
