Ryusei the Morning Star
If a monster on your side of the field was sent to your Graveyard this turn, you can Special Summon 1 monster with an ATK of 1500 points or less from your Deck once during this turn. Then shuffle your Deck. Much like Sangan card is powercreeped. Most decks have their own toolbox cards that don't require as much dedication as this card. Would give needed support to synchro decks. Ryusei the Morning Star
Such as? What takes less dedication than just playing a spellSkybridge (Tellars)? Flame Mascot(m&m)? Graff(BA)? AHL(Heroes)? Diva (Atleantean)? E-Tele (Kozmo)? MonsterGate/Reasoning (Infernoids, yeh I'm cheating here, but it's basically the same)? The Knights (Monarchs) That should be a good portion of the meta of both formats me thinks It's not just playing a spell, it playing a spell, getting a monster on the field, and then getting that monster off the field, into the grave
Expelsword
It's not just playing a spell, it playing a spell, getting a monster on the field, and then getting that monster off the field, into the grave You can do these things in any order, it's not that specific. Ryusei the Morning Star
You can do these things in any order, it's not that specific.Correct, but all three still need to be done in one turn. Which is a whole lot more complicated than getting Graff in the grave somehow or activating reasoning as far as I checked.
Dragulas
I will realy like to see this card at 1, by the time konami decides to give us a banlist, pendulums will be a thing, they dont go to the graveyard, and Xyz which are the most common extra deck monsters, their materials dont hit the grave from the field either, this will be used more lower tier deck than the ones that are meta. That is if they even decide to run this card

Also it's getting a monster from field to grave, then playing a spell. Which Synchro oriented decks still have a rediculously easy time doing. As do Monarchs. Synchro-oriented decks are doing all of nothing in the meta currently, and I doubt giving 1 copy of Last Will to them would suddenly jump them to the top tables. Monarchs, on the other hand, is an interesting point, as Eidos can be a prime target for this.
