The 5th task was deemed unfair by the monster council and redacted. Knowledge is power after-all, so behold our sadism. The sentence was a nested Vigenère cipher. Second piece of "information" needed was the exponential growth hint. Second word is in Binary (base 2) Third in Quaternary (base 4) Fourth in Octal (base 8) and finally the 5th word in Hex (base 16) Converting all those to base 26, letter would give you the following sentence WE BIWV BI DERI MADPLD "WE" is the key for the second word, which will be "FEAR" "FEAR" is the pass for the 3rd word which is "WE" "WE" is the pass for the 4th word which is "HAVE" "HAVE" is the pass for the 5th word which is "FAILED" You have not seen the last of us regardless of Bill's sympathy for you mortals Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
