Lonk
PSY-frame Driver ResoluteLevel 6LIGHTPsychic/EffectATK 2500/DEF 0 (This card's name is treated as "PSY-frame Driver".) You can Special Summon this card from your hand while you control no monsters. If Special Summoned this way: you can Special Summon 1 "PSY-frame" Tuner monster from your hand. During either player's turn while this card is in your Graveyard: you can banish this card and, if you do, banish 1 monster from your hand or your side of the field until the End Phase of this turn. PSY-frame RechargeQuick Play Spell Target 2 "PSY-frame" cards that are banished; shuffle the first target into the Deck and the second target into the Graveyard. Then, draw 2 cards. If this card is in your Graveyard and your opponent would activate a card effect in response to the activation of a "PSY-frame" card's effect (except during the turn it was sent there): you can Banish this card and, if you do, negate the activation of that card and destroy it. You can only use this effect of "PSY-frame Recharge" once per turn. PSY-frame LinkContinuous Trap Card When your opponent Special Summons a monster from their Extra Deck: you can shuffle 1 banished "PSY-frame" Tuner and 1 banished "PSY-frame" non-Tuner monster into your Deck and, if you do, Special Summon 1 Psychic-type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck. If this card is in your Graveyard and your opponent would activate a card effect in response to the activation of a "PSY-frame" card's effect (except during the turn it was sent there): you can Banish this card and, if you do, negate the activation of that card and destroy it. You can only use this effect of "PSY-frame Link" once per turn. Seriously, one of the biggest gripes about BOSH for me was the lack of PSY-frame support in it. Astolfo
For Resolute, you mean SS while you control no monsters? And is Recharge/Link's grave effect mandatory?
Bringerofcake
some small, mostly grammar-related gripes:Resolute needs to say that it's always treated as Driver if you want it like Harpies. I'm confused about Resolute. does it need to have monsters, or not? Probably a typo, but worth mentioning because it could have funny applications either way. Also, searchable feelzone-ish pot of greed is nuts, and the trap fills in a lot of holes also. both having anti-negation clauses also are hilariously punishing. Though maybe give them a "not on the turn it was sent" clause, if for flavor (overload has it too) or balance.
Dragulas
Psy-Frames have already biuld in negations, giving them the ability to use that from the graveyard is too much The actual effect of the spell and trap are really good and is what the deck needs though

I'll change that wording a bit so that it is not mandatory. some small, mostly grammar-related gripes: Resolute needs to say that it's always treated as Driver if you want it like Harpies. Though maybe give them a "not on the turn it was sent" clause, if for flavor (overload has it too) or balance. The clause I would put on for the sake of flavor, but the spell and trap really do fit the playstyle of PSY-frames while covering their weaknesses. Psy-Frames have already biuld in negations, giving them the ability to use that from the graveyard is too much The actual effect of the spell and trap are really good and is what the deck needs though The thing is that PSY-frames are ridiculously weak to your opponent having responses to the effects of PSY-frame cards. The Spell and Trap may seem a bit overkill, but it's designed to cover that fatal flaw they have.
