Monarch King
During your opponent's turn, when a Level 5 or higher monster on the field activates its effect: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, shuffle that monster into the Deck. You can only use this effect of "Moonlight Magician" once per turn. The "shuffle that monster into the Deck" clause does not target.
The Nyx Avatar
Seems like a fair hand Trap. This can be used against most Extra Deck monsters, Ritual Monsters, and Kozmo. I'm not sure if sending it is a fair cost, but I'm going to say it is (considering the recent archetypes/Decks). Not bad.

Arimetal
Definitely a side card more than anything. What throws me off is why you would side it. There are much better cards to play in its place that would stop decks more effectively. Using Nyx's examples: ED Monsters: VTH/TSTH (Hell, main deck VTH. This is honestly so vague this is just all I can give, yet, it still is probably the most effective) Rituals: VTH for the most part, again. But the best side is Curse of the Forbidden Spell. Kozmos: Iron-Wall works real well (also Ritual Beast will also have this problem, or any deck that works by banishing) This card reminds me of Clearwing, it's nice, but there are things that work better. Arimetal
Did you just state that other cards work better than Clear Wing? I've found that majority of the time, it is more optimal to summon Moonlight Rose rather than Clearwing. But Clearwing is a cute card that has it's uses. Kozmos: Iron-Wall works real well (also Ritual Beast will also have this problem, or any deck that works by banishing)Opponent can easily get rid of those cards instead of Moonlight Magician whose only threat is Debunk. Denko Sekka will be annoying again and there are so many cards to clear your backrow before they summon any monsters, Fairy Wind returns to 2-3 in Side-Decks for your Iron Wall etc. And Rituals are dead in this format. Arimetal
Your assuming people run mst at 3 and run Denko Sekka. The meta we are entering, that is not the case. And Rituals is what Nyx brought up. It was only an example
