This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by banishing 3 LIGHT monsters from your side of the field. If there is a DARK monster on the field then this card must attack it. That monster is banished if destroyed. Once every 3 of your turns you can send 2 random cards from your hand to the graveyard during the Stand By Phase of the 3rd turn. If you do not then this card is banished.

 

Please tell me if it needs fixing.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned from your hand by banishing 3 LIGHT monsters you control. If your opponent controls a DARK monster, you must target it for attacks, but banish that monster if it is destroyed. During every 3rd Standby Phase, you can send 2 random cards from your hand to the Graveyard; if you don't, banish this card.
 
Well, as-is, it's not really good.

 

First, it requires that you banish 3 LIGHT monsters and has a high maintenance cost otherwise.

While banishing monsters it destroys in battle is nice, the fact that this card is forced to attack them really cuts into its playability, especially given the maintenance cost.

 

Yes, it triggers during every 3rd turn (I had a bit of difficulty converting it to PSCT), but you should remove it.

It triggers Graveyard effects, yes, but at present, I don't see a Deck that can feasibly use it.

 

That, and it is weak to effect removal.

 

For a monster that requires 3 banishes, I would give him a more substantial effect.
