3 Level 4 monsters

If this card is Special Summoned, you can detach all Xyz Materials from this card(min 1): Both players Draws 1 card. Then, they can Special Summon up to 1 Level 4 or lower monster from there Deck. Then, they can send up to 1 card from there Deck to the Graveyard. You lose 400 LP for each card drawn, Special Summoned, and/or sent to the Graveyard by each player, by this effect. For the rest of the turn, your opponent takes no damage. You can only activate this effect of "Rickshiler, Lavalval Cerberus" once per turn.

It's a backwards Trishula :Kappa:

But seriously... Yes, it's supposed to be a reverse Trishula; It puts cards into the hand/onto the field/into the Graveyard, instead of Banishing them. But the difference here, is that both players get to use it/it has more of a downside for it's owner.

Name/flavor wise, I don't exactly know of what an opposite Trishula would look like, but my mind went to Cerberus because it's another three-headed being. But whatever.

EDIT: Buffed it slightly.

Why would you invest three material to give your opponent advantage >_>

I was, more or less, trying to see if you would post here... Heh...

If you were pro:

Mill Bulb -> Special Clown from Deck -> Special Jiga/etc from hand -> Make Trish

OR

Mill/revive Clown -> Special a Level 1 Tuner from Deck -> Special Jiga/etc from hand -> make Trish

I mean there is a bunch of stuff you could do with that free draw + foolish burial + E-Tele for anything in your Deck. Hell, you could even go and Excition right away since your opponent is likely to have more cards then you OR if you were that motivated- Special a Level 3 Tuner from the Deck then Mill anything that could instantly revive itself, or whatver.

Plus, you can revive This with Xyz Reborn on the opponent's End Phase and still gain the full effect and have little drawbacks to worry about.

'Course, it's just an idea...

But that won't work because your effect says that you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck. So your play ideas won't apply. And even then, the effects that your opponent will get will most likely benefit them a lot on their part, especially if they don't take any damage for the rest of the turn.
