宇佐見 蓮子@C94
3 Level 8 MonstersOnce per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and target 1 face-up card on the field; Negate that target’s effects. flip it face-down, and if it is a Continuous Spell card, it cannot be activated this turn. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a face-down card is flipped face-up: You can send it to the graveyard, and if you do, draw 1 card. Astolfo
Wait so like, can this negate quickplay Spells/Traps for example?I don't really see an issue with this card. It's decently strong but also takes investment to get out and it's not silly broken either. LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
idk why I'm clicking here. How hard is it to get out? This may be totally off because of that but it seems too strong. It shuts down a card on both players turn, and punishes them horribly for simply trying to get the card back onto the field. Plus you can flip down a Monster, destroy it, get a card, all for the cost of one material. It just feels a bit much, but that's all dependent on how easy to summon it is.Wait can you flip your own cards to draw? Activate a trap and draw? Um...seems broken to me... Unless that negates the trap effect? Also main reason I'm commenting. Why the name? Specifically Dragon. You referring to the term related to leadership or the mythical creature?

VampireofDarkness
Gotta say, I can dig this! This is definitely something I wish was around when people were making Coach King Giantrainers in D Rulers. The effect is quite powerful, but the investment is definitely there, and the classic Toyo effect to be expected adds to the extense it goes. This probably would be best compared to RDAA, and as such the investment is representative of it. It has a lot of potential certainly, but none that can't be dealt with by the power of chain link shenanigans. Where I almost think where this would be best in is Trap Monsters, where you could use this to recycle your Traps for Anguish Statue while also being able to be made off the teched Galaxy Wizard. It's difficult to think of a Deck that can efficiently make this, but one that could would be something with this. I don't see it getting into a competitive Deck anytime soon, but it sounds fun as hell for a card to build around I'd say. Also that orica is beautiful! The DM esque text at the top is the icing on the cake, whereas the whole artwork is just..... wow.
