Disrupts things. That wording isn't great but can't think of another way to phrase it and you can get the idea. Unsure about having it as a counter. On-Topic: Honestly doesn't seem all that good to me. More often than not, when your opponent summons something, you just want to get rid of it before it wreaks havoc. This doesn't do that.
