Banish 1 monster from your Graveyard and sent 1 card from your hand to your Graveyard, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls: Destroy it, and if you do, you can activate 1 of these effects, based on the type of a face-up monster your opponent controls. You can only activate 1 "Wrath of the Oppressed" per turn.

- Fusion: Your opponent sends 2 Fusion Monsters from their Extra Deck to the Graveyard.

- Xyz: Detach up to 2 Xyz Materials from a monster they control.

- Ritual: Look at their hand and discard 1 Ritual Spell Card in their hand.

- Synchro: Increase the Level of all monsters they Summon, or that are currently face-up on their side of the field, by 1.

- Pendulum: They send 2 Pendulum Monsters from their Deck to their Graveyard.

For the cost, my choices were either the one th card already has or banishing 2 monsters from the Graveyard without sending a card from your hand to the Graveyard.

Of course, say if you find some (or all) of the effects to be over-/underwhelming. The purpose of them all is to damage the type of monster you're targeting by hitting their weak spots. (Well, some have more than 1, but I couldn't do everything for every type, apparently!)

If the card's design does not fit what a card should be like, or is really unusual for this section, a Mod can move it to the Casual Cards section.

*Normal Trap Card*

Banish 1 monster from your Graveyard and sent 1 card from your hand to your Graveyard, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls: Destroy it, and if you do, you can activate 1 of these effects, based on the type of a face-up monster your opponent controls. You can only activate 1 "Wrath of the Oppressed" per turn.

- Fusion: Banish 1 "Polymerization" or "Fusion" Spell Card from their Graveyard.

- Xyz: Detach up to 2 Xyz Materials from a monster they control.

- Ritual: Look at their hand and discard 1 Ritual Spell Card in their hand.

- Synchro: Increase the Level of all monsters they Summon, or that are currently face-up on their side of the field, by 1 until this turn's End Phase.

- Pendulum: Destroy 1 Pendulum Spell Card they control, or they send 2 Pendulum Monsters from their Deck to their Graveyard.

Well interesting, this card works well with most of meta decks BUT Kozmo (they rarely summon ED monsters or Ritual).

I think the Synchro eff is too strong? Doesn't have "until the End Phase" that means for the rest of the duel, your opponent's monster Level increased by 1? (ik you probably mean only for 1 turn)

Like usual, imgur blocked on my pc, so i don't know if your card is Spell or Trap (that's why i rarely post at CC or comments here), i presume it is Spell Quick? or Trap? since if it was Normal Spell, it's weak.

As for Pendulum . . . i don't think it really punishes Pendulum.dek, maybe changing like . . . "If your opponent control a card in their Pendulum Zone; send them to the Graveyard. Otherwise, they send 2 Pendulum Monsters from their Deck to their Graveyard." That way it really hit on their weakspot.

I also not quite sure about Fusion . . . maybe changing like "Your opponent banish 1 "Polymerization" or "Fusion" Spell Card from their Graveyard."?

I wonder if adding Normal or Effect Monsters making it more useful? or dunno just an idea . . .

Hope this helps~

The card is a Normal Trap Card. I didn't want it be a Quick-Play Spell, because it could give an instant advantage (although, if the damage is not that great, it could easily become a Spell).

Yes, I forgot to include the OPT clause for the case of Synchros.

Since Pendulum Cards do not go to the Graveyard if they're face-up on the field, or activated as Pendulum Scales, I don't think it hurts at all. However, now that I think of it, losing 1 Pendulum Spell Cards means the opponent needs to place an other card in its place. So yeah, I'll add this with an OR condition.

I can't figure if your suggestion about Fusion is better, but I'll add an updated version of the card anyway. (Help appreciated here)

I didn't want to hurt EVERYTHING; so I chose not to do something with the simple Normal and/or Effect Monsters.

Thanks for your feedback!
