A Pendulum Tuner for Beast-Type Decks, also produces Tokens, which can be used for various things, such as Synchro Summoning, protection for Number 64 etc.

 

Pendulum Effect:

If you have a Beast-Type monster in your other Pendulum Zone, this card’s Pendulum Scale becoems 1. Each turn, the first time a Beast-Type monster(s) you control would be destroyed by a card effect, it is not destroyed.

 

Monster Effect:

If this card is used for a Synchro Sumon, unless the other Synchro Material are Beast-Type monsters, banish this card. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 Beast-Type monster; Special Summon 2 “Spiritual Tokens” (Beast-Type/LIGHT/Level 3 /ATK 500/DEF 500).

A very interesting idea, a recurring beast-tuner, which supports beast decks (especially raccoons ?), maybe the Scale changing effect could be optional, however that would not be its main use ... maybe you could limit the synchro toolbox it can utilize a bit more ... then again there are hardly many pendulum cards to use alongside this ... maybe the zone-blocking beast pendulum we recently got. All in all solid work.

Was going to say about the scale until I saw its effect alters it, works well with Zebrascal and gives Ojamas a way to swarm that isn't Red. With the effect making an easy Stardust/RDA as well it can cover some of the many weaknesses of Ojamas, and for that reason I like it. Also that Stardust Sifr-esque effect when a scale is fabulous. Very much a nice card.

 

One thing I'd have considered was making both it and the tokens it makes EARTH, so as to give access to Naturia Beast and Barkion. It's not really a splashable card so I think that would be fair enough.
