When in a pinch, use a nuke :D

When there is a Kaiju monster on both players side of the field, remove 3 Kaiju counters from anywhere on the field, destroy all cards on the field, special summon 2 Kaiju monsters, 1 in face up atk position and 1 in face down defense position from your deck, if your opponent controls a monster that was not a "Kaiju" monster before this cards activation, banish it and all other copies of that monster from your opponents deck, hand, graveyard or extra deck.

alright, my take on this card goes 2 ways, so lets start with the simplest of the two:

1)The card is a quick play, and while i understand the game is incredibly fast paced nowadays, this card is not helping with that, if you take away the quick play ability, you help hold back the cancer. Even then, this card hits a bit too much for such an easy to fulfill condition. Try to reduce the destruction on this card. Hitting all monsters would be suitable to that end. so in summary: Take away the quick play, and only destroy monsters. That's the first balance i can suggest, the second one takes a somewhat different route.

2)Keep the quick play, but this time, remove the banishing effect and again, only destroy the monsters. in this case though, you should add a "OPT" clause to it so that it can't be abused somehow.

also, optionally, if you still want to destroy all cards on the field, then in that case, give your opponent one of the kaiju that you summon instead of setting it face down.

probably missed something, but that's all i got atm.

This card is a plain overkill to me. The nuke is more or less acceptable since this is Kaijus we are speaking about, plus it is flavorful to a certain extent (drop a nuke on the frighting beasts); but then, it is Quick-Play, you get to summon 2 Kaijus straight from your Deck and banish your opponent's non-Kaiju monsters from practically everywhere? No thanks. Not to mention that their Field Spell is able to survive the nuke with enough Counters on it.

I suggest to only keep the full nuke and Quick-play perk, and the latter is somewhat pushing it but you may get away with it; but definitely remove the summoning and banishment effects, or at least remove the former and water down the latter in one way or another (banish destroyed non-Kaiju monsters from the opponent's graveyard only, etc.).
