-Marked (because R12 is so popular these days)

I finally got around to finishing another archetype. This time, my idea was around level 12 monsters and the now-growing R12 pool. Of course, my idea wasn't just to make R12's as easy to make as R4's, so I actually went around and did something different with this archetype. Hope you enjoy.

Wow, these cards are well thought of. I really like their interactions and the way they play. It reminds me of how mechaphantom beasts play. In that they spawn tokens, and based on the number of tokens on the field they can be different levels and in turn overylay for a few different ranks and for the boss monsters if you get the condition optimum. But you made it much more smooth I feel. I Imagine the deck flowing pretty well though the field spell really would help them manipulate their hand and field. Possibly a monster search for the field spell through discard or something. But if that route doesnt feel right you know the archetype better than I.

You did a great job I feel. I am very interested in the arts. Did you do these? I really admire the look and how the brush strokes look and how it looks smooth and painted. I really wish i knew how to operate photoshop to make effects like that. Also the random leona :P

Great job man, if you did the art I'd love some advice on how to make strokes and art like that.

Very interesting and creative archtype.

There are a few things i'm confused about tho.

Firstly: About the rank 4 xyz? The lvl 12 dudes say

you can make the Levels of every "-Marked" monster you control and this card's Level equal to the number of "-Marked" monsters you control x4 (max. 12)

That meaning if you control 1 Marked monster they all become 4 and if you control 2 they all become 8. So the only way to summon the rank 4 is using one of the 12 dudes while having just 1 Marked monster out.And it doesn't have that good of an effect to warrant that. And because it's generic you can really make it better.

Secondly: The field spell says

Special Summon 1 "-Marked" monster or 1 Level 12 "Gatekeeper" monster (ignoring its Summoning Conditions) from your Deck in face-up Defense Position.

The photo doesn't say ignoring its summoning conditions, might wanna fix that.

Thirdly: Dystopia is way to easy to make with this Deck, might want to add more restrictions.

Fourth: Are you meant to play them pure or splash some other stuff in? Because i don't think they are good enough by themselves.

Thanks for compliments! As I had said, I had noticed some grammar mistakes as I was posting and that images would not match up. Those changes have been made, among some others!

- House Keeping changes here and there to clean up the grammar

- Descendant's temporary-factor to his stat gain has been removed; it is now permanent. His stats were changed to 0/0 to make this cleaner. Summoning conditions now require Fairy-Type monsters. You are correct in saying that it would take 1 Level 1 monsters and 1 Gatekeeper to make this monster, so he is the easiest of them to summon. However, as a Rank 4, I am of the strong opinion that they should not be made terribly strong, so as such his effects are decent but not too overwhelming. Do note that he can become a gigantic beat-stick in quite a few scenarios, so he's nothing to sneeze at.

- Ascendant's stats were changed to 0/0 so that, if he manages to use his effect thrice, his stats would be 4500/4500 and that's cleaner to look at. Summoning conditions now require Fairy-Type because why not.

- Omnia was given a base detach effect (target 1 and reduce its stats by 1500) to give some strategic application to its materials.

- Both Gatekeepers were given minor facelifts. Their level modifying effects apply to all monsters you control as opposed to specific monsters; and they no longer die if the -Marked monsters you control die.

I will not be making any changes because of Dystopia because it's, frankly, a really bad card and not one I'm worried about being "abused". It's unsearchable and poses minimal impact on the game.

For the deck, it is meant to be more generic. A pure build is possible, and they definitely have enough monsters to cover that area themselves fairly easily. However, the S/T department is where you have freedom to splash different cards in.

Also, to clarify, I did not make this art myself. I wish. If I did, I would have made more for a couple more Spells and Traps.
