LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Everyone who has worked retail has at least one story of a time someone made you want to cry/laugh/scream/stare in awe at stupidity/all of it at once. So more or less, for those who worked in retail, share some of your stories here. And if you haven't worked in retail and have stories to share, go for it. A small example is how I had a customer tell me they were disappointed in me because I couldn't use their coupon on the excluded items they were buying. ~British Soul~
I remember one time, I was stocking shelves at a local supermarket when a women comes up to me and says "Excuse me young lady." and as I turned round, she apologised to me because of my long hair at the time. Delibirb
I work in a place called Magiquest. Kids use wands to go on scavenger hunts, its neato. One day a dad comes in and says he wants a refund on his kid's wand cause they keep having to blow the dust out of it (A common problem that's easy to rectify). Naturally I gave him the refund, only for him to purchase the exact same model of wand, just a different physical copy, for his kid. =_=
Sander
I get pissed off, a lot. I don't show it, or at least I try not to, especially when the horde of old people swarms / horde of kids or teenagers flood the store. Old people, ebing old and all, walk slow, and it does get annoying having to walk behind them at a turtles pace (basically the isles there are narrow af, imagine an one way street) or the funking kids with their screaming and sheet and the inability to choose tf they want. Oh, and the people who leave sheet lying around in the shop because they chose not to buy it cause they were lazy enough not to return it themselves. LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
I've noticed old people are either really chill and polite or overbearingly rude and snobby towards me when I cashier.
