It seemed as though 'O Malley was trying to be more assertive this time and more adamant. He was actually a Republican but switched to the democrats because his views we apparently too moderate for Republican ideals, something similar I see with Marco Rubio. I don't really agree with his views on zero tolerance policies and how he thinks the police should handle things. The more moderate of the the three in my eyes anyway.
