Well, alls well and is slowly beginning all in Yu-Gi-Oh! 2099. Things have slightly come about, but it's all settling in and to quote from one of my peers, the beginning is always the roughest. It's all holding together and it's starting out a lot better than I expected, so I guess that's one relief. First tournament will begin rather soon, just have to get word from Striker and sort a few things. That being said, let us begin annoucements:

Kicking off the season we now  have had the first custom set available:

So first off a few announcements:

  1. In effort to keep the TCG import packs still keeping their importance, the Request Thread's limits will be increased from 10/Month to 5.
  2. A Trade Thread will be posted within the next 48 hours, which will enable the function of trading cards you have obtained with that of others.
  3. Starting December 26th, weekly discounts will randomly be available in either the Singles or Pack Shop. Shop Managers, these shall be discussed with you via PM at minimum 3 days in advance.

Following that, the first sets released and most of the engine going, I think it's fair to attempt to bring about some dates here:

December 26th - Release of "Clash of Rivalries"

Clash of Rivalries is the Mid-Cycle pack for the first monthly cycle of 2099. The set combines reprints of holo cards, archetype cards now available as singles, and imports of cards from the YAS format of 2099. 10 new cards will also be introduced to the format to meet demands and to hint at the cards available in the coming Beginnings and Revelations 2.

January 9th - Release of "Beginnings and Revelations 2", "Blackened Revelations 2", and "Eternal Darkness"

Continuing the pattern of releases last month follows the release of the 2nd packs in the Beginnings and Revelations and Blackened Revelations packs, in addition to the side pack Eternal Darkness.

Beginnings and Revelations 2 reveals further TCG imports, directing a focus on higher Level monsters, high presence bosses, and higher Rank Xyz. In addition to a short stint of WATER and Pendulum Monster related imports, Machine, Fusion, and LIGHT related imports will be very present in this pack.

Blackened Revelations 2 reveals further brand new cards, continuing support to cards and themes reveled upon in Beginnings and Revelations. Themes for this set will be confirmed soon.

Eternal Darkness follows the release of Eternal Light arrives the bane of the shadows and darkness. Powerful DARK monsters and support devours the bones of this set, deriving themes that combine TCG imports, reprints of 2099 singles, and brand new cards that ensnare the shadows of this set.

January 26th - Release of "Red Jewels"

Following the release of Clash of Rivalries will be Red Jewels, a Mid-Cycle set with the intentions of shaking the competitive grounds of 2099! Several relevant and anticipated Extra Deck monsters, powerful Spells, and snapping Traps that cover TCG imports, 2099 singles, and brand new cards exclusive to this pack.

February 9th - Release of "Beginnings and Revelations 3", "Blackened Revelations 3", and "Eternal Seas"
