Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" or by its own effect and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that would target a card(s) on the field or in either player's Graveyard: You can banish this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated): You can Special Summon this banished card, also, after that, you can banish 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard.

One thing that I'm going to mention is that even if you use this card's effect to negate targeting stuff on the field/Graveyard, because of this card's own Nomi condition, you can't SS it.

So yeah, add that exception to the Nomi clause, and everything works fine.

 

But otherwise, not sure if HEROs would have room for this, though it will stop a lot of targeting removal like Castel and the like (along with grave disruption), so there's that, I guess.

I think they can afford some space for this (although it's off of Shadow Mist until we get a new DARK HERO that isn't Mist or Necroshade). 

 

I'd probably test it as a 1-of for now.

 

Yeah, fix that part of the last effect so it works as intended; also, HERO needs to be in caps (but we know what it is).
