Just how much do you hate Counter Fairies? ;)I see this is a Good Goblin Housekeeping with some actual utility so that's always nice,I assume this card is also intended to be a chain stopper man whould that be nice in a cafe. The draw power is pretty good and it's a Quick-Play spell, everyone loves those,I'd defenitly play it!I also like how this could be used by a Chain-Burn player if anyone dares to activate a counter trap,Chain Link 5 Chain Strike "oh you negate?,cool man" activate this draw 7,re-establish the field. Dova
I'm glad this has hard OPT, or else...Maxx "C" has hard OPT for a reason. With the card itself, the +1 fits in nicely with the effect, considering few decks abuse Counter Traps (yes there are some, but few) I really, really, REALLY wish this could be SS3. Then you could go for the Maxx "C" effect where your opponent is aware you will draw, so either continues or stops. Then again, Counter Traps are more sparse than Special Summons, so I guess this works. Nothing to much to say about the Chain Links. Possible better than the Counter Traps, would be a good side versus Burgess or something. Very interesting card, nice work!

Oh I've loathed Counter Fairies since the premonition that I had of them when I was born. And that premonition is... They existed... Yeah I think of it as utility too, because now people are maining Solemn Notices left and right, might as well produce a countermeasure, right? For it being a chain stopper, I feel it is needed in order control the Chain Link effect because you only get 1 of the effects per effects per turn. Yeah, I intended that for my Chain Burn/ Chain Link brethren. Also, thank you for your input and time :)
