During the turn this card was Activated, you can Normal Summon 1 "Toon" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set.

Once per turn, you can activate one of these effects:

● Discard 1 card: Special summon "Toon" monster from your graveyard or deck. Ignore Summoning Conditions

● Target one face up "Toon" monster you control: It can attack this turn

The irony of This card's summon-from-the-Deck effect is the fact almost all the Toons you would play through This can't attack the turn you play them, so it has a sort of drawback to it, without actually listing one.

 

However...

 

This card makes easily Infinity plays because This card can keep giving you Toon Cyber Dragons from your Deck/Graveyard, and all you would need to do is supply another Level 5 Machine.

Well in addition to running multiple Toon Cydra, you also need to be able to get something like Instant Fusion, and have a hand capable of sustaining the discard cost, granted, you can just special summon the card you discard.

 

Cydra Inf is good, but I don't think it'd break Toons, when it doesn't even break a deck like Chrono that doesn't have to jump thru hoops to get to it
