Dragulas
[spoiler=Lore]You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the end of the nex turn, negate that face-up monster's effects, also that face-up monster cannot attack. (even if this card leaves the field). You can only negate 1 monster's effect on the field at a time with this effect. When it leaves the field, destroy this card. You can only use this effect of "Chain Prison" once per turn.
Darj
Personally, I don't like this. Not only it is practically a better Fiendish Chain, but it can do way more damage than other monster effect negation Traps if given the chance. Also, it has cute tricks like disabling X monster, then on the next turn swap to Y monster and safely remove X monster without losing this card; and so on.Even if a metagame/format can handle it just fine, it's still outclassing an official card, and that's not exactly a cool thing to do. I still agree with what you said about outclasssing an existing card, it was just something that came to my mind
Darj
You are right. To be fair, an advantage that "Fiendish Chain" retains over this card is that it remains on the field if the targeted monster is removed from the field without being destroyed, and thus it is more likely for it to stay on the field to be later returned to the hand by an effect for its re-use, or otherwise used as fodder for other effects (e.g. Scrap Dragon, Magic Planter). So I would say both "Fiendish Chain" and this card have different perks going for them and have different things to offer. However, the potential for this card negating more than 1 monster, and generating advantage for you, is still there.
